• Short vacations accepted / minimum 3 nights stay.
  Rental rate includes final cleaning and all the amenities.
• Check-in is preferred every day after 3:00 p.m.
  Check-out is preferred: every day before 11:00 a.m.
  NOTE: Late or early check-in/ check-out are available with NO extra surcharges;
  check-in and check-out times are pretty flexible - We try our best to be at your disposal.
• Upon request, during summer time or hot periods, you can choose to have air conditioning, this is the only extra rate required. It's EUR 10,00 per day. (Discounts for long stay)
• Long stay discounts.
• Last minute discount: -10% (Reservation must be made either on the same week of arrival or during the previous week-end)
• No pets allowed.
• Deposit at confirmation: 20% of the total amount due by Bank Transfer, Western Union payment or PayPal. We do NOT accept any other kind of payment.
• Security deposit asked at your arrival € 200,00. The security deposit will be refunded the day of your departure.

BOOKING PROCEDURES:

After your request, if you're interested to book our apartment, we will send you by email our "Reservation Form" containing all the information.

Payment:

Booking deposit: 20% of the total amount due by Bank Transfer, Western Union payment or PayPal. Balance due in cash at arrival.

Cancellation:

If you communicate the cancellation of your reservation up to 30 days before your arrival, we will refund the full amount of the booking deposit (less service charge to your bank account). After this time, we are sorry but the deposit cannot be refunded.

Special needs will be taken into consideration.
