From Leonardo Da Vinci Airport in Fiumicino:

There is a direct train called "Leonardo Express" from Fiumicino Airport to Termini Central Railway Station. From Termini Station take the bus number 16 or the Subway Line A.

Using the bus get off in Via La Spezia - Piazza Camerino stop. Using the subway get off in "San Giovanni" stop.

Ticket for "Leonardo Express" train in Fiumicino Airport costs EUR 11,00 per person. This train runs every day, every 30 minutes from 6:36 a.m. to 11:36 p.m. "Leonardo Express" is a direct train and it doesn't stop in every station. The journey is about 31 minutes long.

From G.B. Pastine Airport of Rome Ciampino:

There is a special bus called "CO.TRA.L bus". It leaves from the bus stop terminal in Ciampino Airport. It will lead you to Subway Line A - Anagnina stop. Take the subway and get off in "San Giovanni" stop.

If you're flying: Ryanair, EasyJet, Wizz, MyAir, BlueAir, CentralWings and Flyme ask for the Terravision bus.
This bus leaves from Ciampino Airport to Termini Railway Station! It has high departure frequencies, in correspondence with flight arrival and departure.
